In November, the Includability community gathered to celebrate the outstanding achievements
In November, the Includability community gathered to celebrate the outstanding achievements of organisations, teams, and individuals dedicated to driving change in workplace inclusivity, wellbeing, and diversity.
The 2024 Includability Awards recognised those who go above and beyond to create workplaces where everyone thrives—an ethos that aligns perfectly with DiSRUPT Recruitment Agency’s commitment to placing talent that enhances company culture and values.
Paired with the return of the Links and Drinks networking event, this celebration of camaraderie and shared purpose underscored the importance of inclusivity across industries, including Property Management and Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) sectors.
Hounouring The Champions of Inclusivity & Sustainability
The awards ceremony highlighted the importance of recognising those who set the standard for workplace culture, mental health, and sustainability. David Holby-Wolinski, Director of DiSRUPT & Includability, encapsulated the spirit of the event:
“I’m incredibly proud of every single finalist and winner at this year’s awards. Their hard work and dedication inspire us all to continue creating more inclusive and supportive workplaces. The passion and innovation we’ve seen in this last year proves that change is not only possible—it’s happening. Thank you to everyone who is part of this journey.”
Links and Drinks: Connections That Matter
The return of Links and Drinks added an extra layer of excitement and connection to the evening. This relaxed networking event reaffirmed the importance of building meaningful relationships to further the mission of inclusivity.
A a special congratulations goes to the WGC team and the DRUM Studios team for their dedication and hard work as they proudly collected their awards trophies on the evening.
We also extend our gratitude to Sara Matthews, who graciously accepted the award on behalf of Worcester City Women FC, an organisation that continues to inspire and empower individuals in the sports community and beyond.
