A Journey of Impact: How We Got Here
Our journey towards ethical, purpose-led recruitment began in 2015 when we set out to create a recruitment agency built on sustainability, fairness, and community impact.
Originally founded as EllisKnight International, we first became B Corp certified in 2021, earning a score of 92. Since then, our team has worked hard to push boundaries and raise industry standards—leading to our improved score of 128.5 in 2025.
A key part of this success is our work on the Includability Framework, which helps businesses embed diversity, inclusion, mental health, sustainability, and ethical leadership into their operations. By developing and implementing these principles ourselves, we’ve strengthened our ESG-driven recruitment model and helped shape best practices across the industry.
