Job Details

We created Carma because we wanted to make a positive impact on the world. We care about the planet and the people who live here. But not enough is being done to fight climate change – so we’re taking matters into our own hands and doing everything we can to help.

We've had an amazing 2 years, having recently achieved B Corp status (127.9 - just saying) and now we are looking to expand the sales team.

We're looking for a highly motivated individual who shares the same enthusiasm for people and the planet.

What you'll do

Develop and establish your pipeline with customers - from lead through to delivery and deliver sales in line with goals

Attend events / expos to spread the word of Carma and how we can help!

Provide excellent customer service through the end to end journey

Work with the wider Carma team to iterate propositions and materials for the consumer marketBecome an expert in the process you’re undertaking to customers and be an advocate for Carma

What you'll need

2 years experience and proven background in sales (inbound or outbound)

Experience working in a SaaS companyIndustry knowledge or a keen interest in the environment, climate change, social impact or sustainability

Willingness to learn and contribute to the teamExcellent organisational and time management skills

Knowledge of one or multiple ERP / CRM / ecommerce shopping platforms (would be an advantage)

Right to work in the UK

What is the package?

What you'll receive

Salary: £25,000 - £32,000 per annum + quarterly on target bonus (up to 5K per quarter)
Job Types: Full-time, PermanentHybrid working, 3 days in the office, 2 days from home
