World Sleep Day 2025
World Sleep Day is a celebration of sleep and a call to action on important issues related to sleep, including medicine, education, social aspects and driving.
World Sleep Day is on Friday, March 14th, 2025. It's held on the Friday before the spring vernal Equinox of each year. The theme this year is, 'TBA', and in previous years it has been, 'quality sleep, sound mind, happy world' in 2022, and 'healthy sleep, healthy ageing' in 2019.
