Why we use Hinterview

Hinterview is a great system and as a business that has invested our time to create inclusive workflows, we understand that video interviews doesn’t work for all job requirements or all candidate. That said, for client facing roles or positions where you need someone to have a presence or articulate themselves clearly it is a fantastic system.

The platform is simple to use but the user experience is simply outstanding. Allowing you to create a bespoke ATS for any client you work with. The more advanced functions are again excellent and continuously improving . This allow us to use the system for our own direct marketing campaigns where we want to leverage a video introduction rather than the usual email approach. All in all a great tool that allows us to use our own creativity to make more of an impact!
