ReEnergise Group is a purpose driven consulting business that specialises in Renewables Technology and Decarbonisation projects. The team consists of professional energy assessors and strategists, seasoned engineers, analysts, and project managers.
Recruitment Challenge
With multiple agency contracts coupled with the strain on key leadership resources when dealing with the management of multiple agency terms of business and contracts, ReEnergise Group found themselves with compliance and legal issues around candidate ownership along with opening themselves up to risk of financial loss. Whilst the business was growing these challenges continued to increase.
A key challenge along with streamlining their recruitment process was to ensure that any recruitment process ensured that any solution could access specialist talent that was inclusive, cost effective and time efficient.
